I think it'll work out evenly. I could use a real centerfielder, as it'll give me some more certainty in my lineup. I can keep Esposito at third, that way.

Morris is decent, and at the very least you're replacing one likely Type A player with another, and you'll get a few pitchers in return.

Yeah, that was basically my reasoning. Wasn't the kind of deal I was expecting to make, but I'll either still get some compensation for Morris, or if he winds up as one of those Type A's no one wants to give up a pick for, I can bring him back really cheap.

Good move short term by b0t, better move long term by Cheez. Looks like a good trade to me though.

He's a good utility guy to have. He got more run for me last season because he was playing hot for a while, but generally he fills in across the board and is reliable. Plus he's a switch-hitter.

I really wanted that defense, though. The range at least. Morris wasn't good enough to play center or second, and that's where I might have had to put him. Plus it's nice to have a great contact switch-hitter for a lineup that's a little more power-heavy. He'll be useful, to say the least.

For some reason I thought this was my doing, but it turns out Milwaukee actually gave you your sandwich picks.

I also figured this might be my window. I probably won't even make the playoffs, but I feel like I'm at least setting myself up for more success.

I have five as well somehow (well, in the top 101)
