That was my reaction too.  Trying to offset some of the perception that he's overworked him, I guess.
Only explanation that makes sense for giving him normal rest after a 17 pitch outing.

Happ needs to get himself together and get back with the big club.

heh, c'mon it's me.  This came from a radio station I was listening to the other day.  Person called in and said most fractures in the hand involving the thumb normally is a result of a break in the vulnar plate.
