My initial guess is 378k but it looks like this is his 4th season in the bigs(assuming you held him back 20 in his first).     That might change the formula.

Not really with only 50 IP.   But I think your question is "Isn't this his 2nd year?"    If so, I believe you can't have 130 PA or 50 IP in the previous season.   Plus there's some service time issue(60 days, I think). 

I thought WifS might zap it(because somebody is always ******** about someting) but, if not, yeah.

3 part question.

1) Who would you rather have batting in a big spot in the 9th inning against right-handed pitching?

2) If your answer is Griffith, (if it's Estrada, ignore the last 2 questions) why does the sim think Estrada is a better hitter?

3) My PH setting is set to 3, Estrada is below Griffith in PH hierarchy, and there are absolutely instances where I want pitch hitters depending on the pitcher's handiness.  How do I get the sim to stop pinch-hitting Estrada for Griffith?

I can't tell you what SIMMY thinks but I imagine there is some logic.   Power/contact, future D moves, etc, etc.

Not sure why you'd want anyone to PH for Griffith so I'd uncheck his PH box on the settings page.  Obviously he doesn't hit lefties well but, over the course of a season, there aren't going to be that many late-inning situations vs LH where you'd want him out of the line-up for one of the 4-5 guys sitting on the bench.   He might get 3-4 AB VL where you'd think "Damn, wish I had a PH in there."
