In an upcoming draft I have 20 mill in college scouting and 10 mill in HS. At what point in time would you start ranking HS players above the college ones? (If it makes any difference I pick 15th)

I can usually get something worth looking at for 4-5 rounds. I can't imagine I'd take a HS before the 4th. You have to trust where you put your money.
