Same pitching coach, same bullpen coach, throwing to a catcher with a better pitch calling rating. He overperformed. His walk rate went up a lot which is strange. His hits allowed went up some but nothing crazy. HR rate is similar. I'd expect him to be more 1.25-1.30/3.20-3.80 with an average D in an average park.

What impacts the accuracy of the current ratings you see for any player? I'm trying to determine if there is anything I can do with my budget to help/hurt the accuracy of the current ratings of players that I see. I have 0 ADV, and I am ok with not seeing accurate projections, but I want to know if I might see inaccurate current ratings for any players.

When is the latest you can sign a free agent without them taking a ratings hit?

3 PM cycle after 8th ST game. Their demands also drop to 1 year on that cycle.
