Free agent compensation status is based on Overall rating, right? I'm considering letting a RP walk. Pretty good ratings all around except a low-innings DUR/STA combo which keeps his Overall at 60. Is it fair to say he might not even be a Type B?

Lowest TypeB RP I've seen is 67. No way a 60 OVR is in the top 40% of RP's.
