Pretty sure he's a cherry-picker. edw300 is the greatest. Playoffs every season. Unless you count the teams he gave away mid-season because they weren't going to make the playoffs. He was "too busy" to properly maintain those teams.

In the offseason, signing FA's ends tonight. If there is a guy I want (asking price has been dropping), should I sign him in the last cycle or could his price drop more by waiting until after rosters un-freeze (post Rule 5 Draft)?

It will continue to drop but he will take a ratings hit if not signed before the 9th ST game. 3 PM cycle after 8th ST game drops demand to 1 year.
