The ratings decline bothers me but that's probably someone with low training. He may not be a max contract guy because of DUR but he's easily 16-18m per year.

I know I don't want a whole bunch of players hitting Arb2, Arb3 at the same time. But what if my prospects look ready and it's not worth spending current money on placeholder free agents? How many rookies could you reasonably bring up at the same time without risking salary cap hell in five seasons?

I've done 3 but, if you do the wait 20 games on a 4th, I think it's manageable. You just have to plan for it.
