Well, his splits and pitches are going to prevent him from being a BL pitcher. But, if he were a league average BL pitcher, I'd expect him to be capable of 400+, maybe 450, per season. As it stands, he could eat a lot of AA innings if you wanted to "manage" him.

Edit: To elaborate, I've come to believe, if you're in politics/media/entertainment, and you're a man in power, a sexual misconduct/assault charge is right about the corner. I think most of them are thinking "Please God, don't let --insert attractive woman's name-- come forward."
