Pretty sure I'd just hold onto it in case one started to get to shore. Then I could bop them on the head to ensure the drowning actually happened.

I'd start CHI. I'd expect Dalton to be more likely the fumble/throw picks.

I've always had the double switch option on rare, NL team. Any reason to put it on a high setting? Advantage, disadvantage? Thank you.

The obvious advantage is getting a hitter in a pitcher's spot and moving the pitcher's spot to a later spot in the order. The disadvantage is you have to hope SIMMY doesn't do it in the 5-th6th inning and deplete your bench for the hopes of 1 run with 2 outs in a 3 run game.
