No, if I'm putting 14m into it, I want something out of it. It's a gamble but, if you see someone who looks good, drop some decent $$$ on him. If you get outbid, bid up because someone else has interest as well. Only problem is that it might be someone with low IFA. Or, maybe, it's someone with high IFA and the dude is good.

Spring training is obviously important for prospects and also for aging vets, but is it beneficial for your every day players who are neither young enough to get increases from ST nor old enough to worry about decline?
