20 mil medical, 12 games left in the season, a pitcher I don't need just got a two-game bruised elbow and I'd rather he'd have actually blown a ligament. Any point putting him on the 60?

14 day leg injury (Hamstring, strained/stiff/tight) to a 2nd year pro, 21yr old RP. Obviously didn't experience any drops in pitch ratings...worth putting on the 60? What kind of gains would he get? I assume useless speed/BR.

No. He might get a health(and spd/br) bump but he'll miss normal "pitching" improvements.
