One is "Probably won't sign. He's determined to finish out his college career." The other will sign for slot.

The 95 control coupled with the 99 P1 is so tempting, but I think he might cost more than he's worth compared to the drop off to the player #2.
I have about 25M in prospect $, so I could afford Player 1 when he counters (assuming he does). Leaving much less in the IFA $ pool. Or take the type D next season and spend the money not spent on this guy to buy a good IFA.
OR I could take player 2, know he'll sign and have a bunch more left to grab an IFA.
Comparing the two, do you think he's worth spending the extra $ on or should I just get player 2 since the other stats are fairly comparable?
