Mike - when looking at Minor League coaches, besides the main stats (Hitting for HC), (Pitching for PC), etc, what other things do you look at? Do you value patience over discipline? Vice versa?

Also - I suppose if rebuilding/retooling, does it make sense to up the budget to make sure you get premium coaching for all the prospects you pick up?

Patience.   Players seem to develop better under high patience guys.

Is this guy hosed? He's an IFA from 4 seasons ago, he's 21, and he'll lose this season and a good portion of next season. 4-6 point drop in nearly every category. He was rated a lot higher than 73 at the beginning of the season.

The best thing that could happen is that you start him on the DL next season.    With 20m in training, you might get 4-5 recovery bumps.

I can't say I've ever seen a Skynyrd concert with a black dude in the front row.    Probably afraid he'd get dogcussed by Riley Cooper.

I havent played in ages but I picked up a new team. Somehow we ended up over our player payroll budget. I am not sure what I did. How do I rectify that situation? When I propose a trade it says I have to cut that $13,500 in salary before it will go through. 

Since the update, there's been something funky with payroll, cash and trades.   I haven't ran across so I'm not sure of it.   But, if you're trading away enough salary to get under budget, I assume it will go thru.
