Well now with only two American teams active in World 67 I doubt we'll ever get a second division. No teams at all in Ireland or the Czech Republic, only one in Italy, and 2 in Argentina.

It's time to cut the number of worlds way down and start again. I bet some worlds may even be empty. They are not very vocal though. I'm in world 65 and we have 3 in Scotland and 3 in the U.S. England is empty. Never did have a second division here. All new teams should have to start in a lower division.
