I don't know if world 62 is the only world that has a second division so we may be the only teams having to deal with this.  When you look at previous league records for each team, there is no distinction between the first and second division. 

It becomes difficult to guage who you're playing against early in the season because a previous season record of 20-8-10 in the first division is definitely not the same as a 20-8-10 record in the second division.

Possibly add an astric or some other symbol next to the season or maybe a DIV column that distinguishes what division the team was in each season.

What happens to your "championships" total if you win the second division? does it count the same as a first division title win or is it not counted at all?

Both good questions. I've never run into this since World 67 does not have any second divisions. Just five nations with only three active players between them.
