I do have to post this,  he did have the #3 SOS

ebel has done a great job there and made recruiting from Florida a pain in the butt, but I have to point out that it's a ton easier to get a great SOS when you have a full conference as opposed to having to play sims ranked in the 80's-100's. With the conference they have set up, if a team goes undefeated from that conference, I can see them in the NC game every season.

I think if more conferences did this, you would see more teams from the same conference consistently in the NC game. I know I've had some mid-major teams that could have made the NC game, but I only had a couple teams in my conference, which killed me. I know dravz has had the same thing happen to him.

Which is my long winded way of saying...please people, come join the MAC in Dobie and we can do the same thing there (maybe!)

I was planning on trying to build up UNH in Dobie but my stupidity in forgetting to recruit a P or K has me losing to sims. I'm moving to the Big MAC next season. Who's with me? There are three teams open.

Actually maybe I should check with the arbiter of GD knowledge. Nelson will I be able to get a sim MAC team with about 90 wins, or will I not be eligible yet?

90 will be on the bubble. You might want to win your conference this season and get a couple playoff wins to be sure.

On my way.  I'm in DII right now though, and probably need another season after this one just to get to an average DI-AA school.

And then a couple of seasons there.  So it might be a while.
