Refresh my memory, is there any way to make it so you can send a sitemail so everyone gets the responses, not just the original sender?

No.  But it is helpful in this game to add CC: in the subject of your sitemail so everyone can copy paste in their group responses.  And so everyone knows who is getting the sitemails..................
