What is the point of this thread? Is swamp trying to make a point that has escaped me? I would have fired the fool for the drunk driving incident. As far as I am concerned he has been on borrowed time since then. To make a right or left issue out of this is ridiculous. This guy was a poor broadcaster to begin with and for him to have the job was an act of charity.

If he was attacking Palin or a Tea Party candidate he would still be working. Attack an imposrtant liberal and you get fired.

Or more clearly this didnt have any impact on this decision to fire him.

Also since the pedestrian was also drunk and no charges were filed how do we know Sanchez wasnt not at fault?
