I got lucky and have a minor league reliever with the following ratings: 9 Control, 8 Velocity, 10 Effectiveness D Stamina.  Should I set this guy as my closer?

you need to ID him & find out who he is in real life.  check out the forum and search for Merkle's post "AAA revealed" to find out how to determine who this AAA guy is
