Forgetting the offence, would you rather have

a. Three of's all roughly b/b+ fielding and an a+/a+ 1b
or
b. two of's of b/b+ and an a/a of with an a/c 1b

I'm currently leaning towards option A but wanted to know what the masses think?

I'd lean towards playing Erstad at 1B ;)

A + play at 1B is going to be slightly more valuable in terms of run prevention than a + play in the outfield. And there won't be much difference between A and B+ in CF.

I'd go with A as well.   You'll get 30 more + plays at 1st and only lose a hand full in the OF.

I think the best value for CF is an A+/B fielder. No sense in overpaying for range if they aren't going to give you any plus plays.

Its definitly worth putting some range at first.
