D), for sure. The aforementioned Koskie might be a good fit at US Cellular. His 2000 season isn't bad for the money either. If you're willing to forego power and save some money, the 1995 Wade Boggs can be had for $3.9mm... his fielding is A, but his range is D-. He is slow so you have to watch out for his GIDP. You get a .412 OBP and .320 AVG#, along with a 1b/100# of 26, which is a bit higher than his RL number. I've used him several times and consider him an excellent value.
