Help in choosing a stadium Topic

Any advice is welcomed.

I'm in a theme league. I got a team that could hit for average but not much power or speed
However my starting pitching what I  consider very mediocre. They all have high oav#. <But I'm fairly confident I have enough innings to prevent fatigue>

Do I choose a stadium that is + 1b, 2b to max my hitters and let my pitching suffer
or do I  choose a stadium that is -1b, 2b to help my pitchers but hurt my hitting

I think I'm doomed either way with this team, but would like opinions

I would go the opposite....when possible, I pick my stadium to maximize my offense.

I say pitchers park.  To me, the hitters parks are to quirky.

If your pitchers give up a lot of HR, use Target Field.

Frankly I don't think it makes much difference in this case.  You take a -HR park and beyond that it's not going to have much impact on your win totals.  If what your offense needs and what your pitchers need are basically polar opposites you really can't win.  There are no lower OAV, higher BB/9 pitchers you can get?  That would make a +1B park a win/win...

That being said if all your pitchers are basically equivalent I'd take the hitters' park and if you have a few better ones and then the mediocre innings you'll want the pitchers' park to maximize the mileage you get out of your best pitching.

ah, the eternal question. if hitting for AVG is really all your team can do then you can't take away that ability. so even though i'd normally say you should protect your pitchers, in this case i probably would go with the hitters park.

When you say your hitters hit for average but "not much power", do you mean few HR or few HR, doubles and triples?
