I am forced to agree. A 0% pitcher is much much worse then a 0% hitter, by all accounts.

The pitching teams will have serious problems fielding the ball...I wouldn't be surprised if there were 5-8 unearned runs per game.

It's out of boogers comfort zone...no chance he'll join.

Would eliminating the dh level the playing field?

no. I think an 80mil cap would come very close, though. I'd take a pitching team at 80mil, Crazy if youwant to do it again.

Regular season is done (aside from a play-in game), and the results were conclusive: the hitting teams kicked ***.  The top 12 were hitting teams (ranging from 91 to 118 wins) and the bottom 12 were pitching teams (ranging from 34 to 72 wins).

Some oddball stats:

Most runs by a team, 3275 (20.2 per game)
Fewest runs by a team, 341 (2.1 per game)
Best team ERA, 1.86 (team won 71 games)
Worst team ERA, 15.66 (team won 101 games)
12 players hit 100 or more home runs (6 of them were named Dave Kingman)
Mark Fidrych had the best ERA, 1.23 (he went 11-18)
200K pitcher Wes Ferrell had the most wins, 101 against 41 losses (his era was 10.55)
Best 200K hitter was 2007 Mike Hessman, who had 35 HR and 111 RBI despite playing every game (aside from the first) at 0%
