I don't play any open leagues or theme leagues, I stictly play progressives so I know its a little different, but I rarely have more than 4-5 RP's on my team. I usually go with a LA/LB/SA/CL and then have a floater depending on my needs. IP/G is big though, and I try to draft SP's who have less innings to fill out my bullpen.
