Yes and no.  I think they could win 110+ regular season games.  But they got weaker for the postseason losing Werth and improving the top 3 in their rotation only from Hamels to Lee.  It's a bump, but not as big as the jump from Werth down to Dominic Brown (unless he starts to put it together this season, in which case it looks like a great, if expensive, offseason).
