I am a Keno Manager at a large Casino in Las Vegas.

tip of the day: don't play alot of numbers when playing Keno. I can count on one hand how many big jackpots I have paid out in the last 12 years.

Idk why anyone plays keno. What's a large jackpot in keno? matching 12 out 20? odds of keno is exponentially worse than the lottery.

I work as a Support/QA/Customer Service manager for a mid-size software company. So I have employees all over the world (India, Pittsburgh, Myanmar) and get to deal with all kinds of crazy issues on a daily basis.

That's a tough one, trentonjoe.  Kind of a tossup between Wall Street stockbrokers, the U.S. Senate, the Supreme Court and the Steinbrenner family.   Are you really Hank Steinbrenner?
