I'm not really convinced that Milacki is all that much better than Mad Dog even at 100%. Against a team that walks a decent amount it's pretty much a wash. That being said, playing LIVE for a while can go a long way towards convincing you there isn't a huge difference between starting a guy at 100% and starting him at 93%. In general pitchers remain reasonably effective down to about 82-85%, at which point you start to be able to discern a dropoff. And starting at 93 will still let him go at least 5 or 6 innings until he gets to that point (unless he gets hammered and throws a ton of pitches early). That said, in the interest of keeping him at least useably fresh for a potential WS, I'd go with Maddux. And it's really not all that close.
