Dug this up to say this conference was the reason I came back to HD. Unfortunately real life got in the way back then when I left, but this was a great conference.

It still is a fun conference and a very competitive one - 8-9 teams go to the NT for the past 5 seasons that I've been involved. None for me though, yet. Still in learning and rebuild mode.

That's cool. It took me 8 years before I made the NT there. It was the most competitive conference I've ever been in. I never did win a conference championship. You'll get there, just takes a lot of patience and a little luck in recruiting.
