On July 4, 1776, several men, our founding fathers, risked treason charges to sign the Delcaration of Independence. These men, who would lay the foundation of this country, risked their lives to separate themselves from the King of England. Now, with the first challenge, each tribe is given $1000 to risk on the sport of kings. Tomorrow, is the 2nd leg of the triple crown - the Preakness Stakes. You will take your $1000 and place a minimum of 3 bets. You will bet at least 1 horse to win, at least one horse to place, and at least one horse to show. You must bet on at least 3 different horses. You can spread the $1000 around on additional horses as well. minimum bet is $10. You must bet all $1000. For simplicity sakes, bets to place payouts are half of bets to win and bets to show are one third. It is up to your team how to spread around the bets.
