Let's face it.  The game is a little bit of a mess right now.  We know it will be good and quite a few of us are just chillin and jump on the boards every now and again to share ridiculous stories.  So, why not just have a big ol brag board.  We all know that doing something awesome isn't really that great (for the most part) but it feels good.  Ha

Let's hear what you got.  I'll start:

Just finished a season in a completely dead league.  

Goals for: 247  Goals Against 14
Leading Scorer: 62 goals... in 26 games.

Whatcha got?  All crazy statistics welcome.

Last year, he scored 28 goals in 23 games.  So, this year was a bit of a breakout...for a 35 year old. 

That is hilarious.  I played in a dead world in the beta test leagues but I never came close to those numbers.
My best was 197 for, 24 against.

Hm, I got 35-0-0 and 187-10, so far that is my lowest against.

18 goals allowed in a whole season and the gk was only 59 oa. It wasn't a dead league, but most of the users were new. Also that season, my top forward, who was only 56 oa at the time, scored 39 goals.

I'm sure system could fill up a few pages with his stories. Between myself and my alt teams, I've had 2 38-0-0 teams.

With my first alt team, overall team age 24 years, leading goalscorer 39 goals from 30 games.

Awesome.

One time, I got a 56 oa forward in a transfer midway through the season, he scored 22 goals in the final 18 games.

And then there was the time when, in a league game, a 34 oa player got a hat trick for me.

6 seasons ago, I transfered a 33 year old 66 OA midfielder for I think $1.5 mil.  His salary was $1.6 mil a season.  Took the money and signed a 21 year old 65 OA midfielder for only $1.4 mil a season.  That guy is now 26 years old and 73 OA.  So in the end I saved myself a boatload of money from the transfer fee and got the far better player for a long time.  To date the best transfer Ive done...I feel bad for the guy that wanted my 33 year old.  Anyone else have any good transfer stories?

I don't but I have a defender on my team who is 42.  He has 5 speed, 11 Agility and 12 strength.  He is still 58 overall.  I wonder exactly what he can do out there. 

I am about to retire my 41 year old D.  He's still a 63 OA.  He has six CKO 95 plus CKD, FKO, FKD, Receiving, Heading, and Player Marking ratings of 100.  Plus Passing 90 and Ball Striking 82.  I will probably never see a player with these ratings again.

But he's now down to 11 speed, 12 agility, and 17 strength... hasn't been a regular starter for a couple of seasons; I don't dare play him against the best teams.  Too expensive now at $700 to just be a backup, but still absolutely deadeye on free kicks and corners.  He became a dead ball specialist without a position to play.  Beckham.

That is my ex forward,dropped him on 43,on 70oa with 1.2m salary, unfortunately when players loosing stats they dont have lower salary demands:)
