For the 2nd time in three seasons, I screwed up by accepting a challenge in Week 10. MBB has Week 9 open, so hopefully we can play our game then.

As the new coach at Hamilton, I only realized this morning that I was participating in this! Haha. Very cool stuff though, I look forward to continuing to participate in the future.

With this sentence, I officially crown the Midwest Conference Snowball Shootout champions. 

Congrats Midwest! You caught Minnesota on an off year...but nice win nonetheless. ;)

Midwest was fortunate to catch Minnesota in an off-year, of which plenty was written about on MIAC's CC in the preseason. But, we will be back for the trophy in two seasons.

Did Upstaters have a lot of anger built up from all the ridicule they received following the last two season's sub-par performances? Because they certainly used Michigan as a punching bag last night,  defeating them 8-1. Welcome back dominant Upstate of old. We didn't miss you. 

Michigan can thank coach Sim AI for gift-wrapping their only win. Perhaps Upstate can persuade St. Lawrence to fire coach Sim AI (reportedly the worst coach in the history of HD) in the offseason. And perhaps it's time for Michigan to start worrying. Back-to-back 8-1 defeats in the Shootout. Not pretty...

Next season Upstate will face Midwest in the Championship. 
Michigan will face Minnesota in the Consolation.
