Saw Clapton for the first time last night, at Consol Energy Center.

In a different galaxy than any other live music performance I have ever witnessed.

Wallflowers opened. Respectable set, highlighted by having EC join them on stage for "The Weight".

Then came THE SHOW.  Clapton, Chris Stainton, Willie Weeks, Michelle John, Sharon White, Doyle Bramhall II, Steve Jordan, Greg Leisz and Paul Carrack.  This was a collection of highly talented musicians at the top of their game.  Flawless.  Far better than I could ever have hoped, and my expectation were sky high going in.
