Someone on ESPN the other day (perhaps Simmons or Reilly) made the hilarious comment that the Offensive Player of the Year award should go to the Patriots Defense for their offensive play this season.

With all the talking heads cockslobbering Newton, there's no way he doesn't win pretty much every rookie award.

Unlike Von Miller, who's gonna destroy any and all competition for the D-ROY. Cam's just lucky he doesn't have to face the Broncos this season. The combination of Tebow and Miller would smite him!!

Cam is clearly superior statwise, but Ginger is keeping it close enough such that the wins definitely put him in the convo for O-ROY (even if he doesn't deserve it)

Wow.  "clearly superior"?  Fewer INTs, a much better TD percentage, 4-1 in GWD - I'll take Dalton any day of the week.

it's not debatable who has better stats.

if you want to debate who's more clutch and who wants it more, etc, etc, i think it's a silly debate but it's going to bring dalton into the picture.

ANY/A is basically a better version of QB Rating.  Cam edges out Ginger 6.0-5.8, and it doesn't account that he's taken on a greater passing load and that he's GOATing as a rushing QB vs a statue.  It might be debatable in your head because you have the brain of a jellyfish, but there's no argument as to who's been more productive overall.

Dalton is not a Ginger, he is a Daywalker.
