Does the requirement of making the tourney 4 out of 5 years include both the NT and PI, or just NT?

NT or PT will do it. The formula also gives points for a year without a post-season trip based on RPI so if you go 4 of the last 5, you don't get a zero for that season.

Ok, running a little late since we're into the next season but I'm going to go ahead and blame my laptop.  Anyway, here's another update to the dynasty rankings, this time covering seasons 70 through 74.  Like always, total points are based on post-season performance the last five seasons and a team has to have made the post-season at least four out of those last five seasons.  Pour a little out for the five teams that dropped out after no longer meeting the 4 of 5 requirement:  Buena Vista, Colorado, Oglethorpe, Simpson, SUNY Cortland.

No surprise that Millsaps keeps the overall top ranking after winning a second straight title.  Whittier jumps up into second place thanks to an elite 8 appearance, just passing Dickinson who stays in third.  Johnson and Wales has dropped to fourth while Hardin-Simmons rounds out the top five.

Also, give it up for our new teams in the rankings: Babson, Emerson, St. Lawrence, Aurora, and Centenary.

On to Season 77 and we have yet another new school at the top as JDub bumps Dallas out of the top spot after their brief stay.  Millsaps stays in second while the biggest mover ever, Menlo, gets their fourth straight post-season to become eligible and burst onto the list all the way up at eight.  Everyone's favorite, Wooster, is still hanging on by a thread but it doesn't look good.

holy crap, what a stud!  thanks pseudo!  awesome stuff.  I am happy to help or perhaps take over?  unfortunately, I don't have quite the hilarious grasp of the English language that you do but I can still crunch the numbers if need be.

Hoping to start improving Gallaudet despite being out of HD for awhile. Just took over the team, and looking at a relatively weak returning roster, but I'm optimistic we'll be non-awful this year despite starting three freshmen. :)
