I just had a COMPLETE physical, Cardio, stress test, EKG, Vision, blood work, urine, stool, chest x-ray, and a consult etc for $500 in Bangkok at a world class hospital. Good luck finding all that for that price in the US!

I often ask people, as kind of a test, would the world be a better place if you were the absolute Ruler?

I think that any one person would screw up the world if it was just them.

There has to be some give and take. And some critical review.
