Not sure we have the depth to make that kind of run.  Our top end is going to be very good and our newbies should grow at a good clip with their work ethics, but still not sure we're gonna have enough depth to make it happen.  I've never...NEVER...had any success with the slowdown so it scares me if I end up having to rely on that tactic down the stretch against deeper teams

I'll also add that we'll find out quickly if we are for real.  First 4 games are against #21, #4, #2, and #9.  Then after a game vs a young but talented Charleston squad we face off with #14 and #18.  Then we play a young Longwood team before closing against #25 and then a talented Barton team.  7 out of 10 vs ranked teams...wouldnt surprise me one bit if Charleston and Barton get ranked.  And Longwood is young but they still have one of the top coaches in the game.  Not gonna be a fun 10 games!

You have a brutal non conference schedule. Battle tested come tournament time though.

We are ranked #11 after a really good win against a very talented W. New Mexico team. Hopefully we can keep it that way and stay ranked until we play in game 10.

I have no idea.   
Like an NFL cornerback, once I get burned, I forget it.  (althought I can't remember what I had for breakfast either)  
Except for Bellarmine.  I've had some really good teams that greenhawks just flat out owns. 

Look on the bright side: When you finally beat him, there are plenty of puns available to you. 

My 9-5 record against greenhawks is about to be 9-6.

I thought that with our youth, we would be terrible. Actually, we're just bad enough to lose competitive games against great teams, and we're scheduled to only play against great teams.....so this season will possibly be even more frustrating than anticipated. Looking forward to seeing my underclassmen develop.

Incidentally, I just saw a Bellarmine bumper sticker (I'm in Kansas City, Bellarmine is in Louisville).  It's like I'm being taunted. 
(Although I did see it about a mile from the Rockhurst campus, owners of a one-pont victory over Bellarmine last night.  Must have come in town for the game...)
