So here are the NJAC/CCIW matchups:

1. Kean @ Wheaton
2. Elmhurst @ Wm Paterson
3. Monty St. @ Wisc-Luth
4. N. Park @ Rowan
5. Carthage @ Ramapo
6. R. Stockton @ M. Luther
7. Cazenovia @ Millikin
my bad, jp is right.

5. Ramapo @ Carthage
6. M. Luther @ R. Stockton

Edit:  Dang, I see my mixup already caused Game#5 to be mis-scheduled.

Also, I have a feeling R. Stockton is ghosted, though could be wrong.

Yep, I have that feeling as well jdno.  Request has been outstanding since you posted the rankings.

any early thoughts on how to handle the SLIAC's diminishing coaches for next year's tourney?  Nobody wants to play a SIM in the 4-way tourney

That's a very good question jd.  All 3 conferences besides STL are really good, with at least 9 humans in each. I don't think there's any way to do a 3 conference thing.

not for nothing, but since the CCIW was playing in the winner's bracket (due to last season's win over USA South), I think that makes us the winners of the inaugural tournament.  Right?  Would we reset the matchups next season based on conference RPI again?

Can't speak for others, but on the issue of the SoCal, I would be amenable should it come up.

Since the SLIAC has just 5 teams currently for next season's matchups vs. the NJAC, how about we put the 8th seeded teams in both the CCIW and the USA as the #6 and #7 teams for the SLIAC vs. our conference.  That way our guys don't have to face a SIM in the challenge.  This assumes that those 8th seeded teams have slot #10 still open

Sounds like a good idea, jdno.

The USA South rankings - excluding Palm Beach assuming they are set vs ML... If not, we'll revise...

1) NCWC
2) Piedmont
3) Averett
4) Shenandoah
5) Greensboro
6) La Grange

8/or Palm Beach's replacement) Oglethorpe
