This is what the left wants.

They want one message. Their message.

In their mind free speech means banning everything that bother them.

Christians do not want laws forcing women to dress a certain way, like Islamic Governments do.

Christians do not want laws that prevent women from living a full life, like Islamic Governments do.

All they want is to start a discussion about society as a whole. About the way that women now dress, and also the sexualization of children.

You may or may not agree with this, but is it right to be outraged by people concerned with the role females play in our society?

Shouldn't women be allowed to dress however they want?

And not one wants to force women to do anyting.

They want to have a discussion about what they should do.

They can decide if it is in their interests to follow.

Isnt that kind of conversation what America was built on?

Why do we need to have a conversation about what women should wear? Isn't that only the business of the person wearing the clothes?

So we cannot discuss this in any way.

Can we discuss what people should eat? My friend lives in a neighberhood in Sterling Heights MI where he cannot paint his house unless the color is approved by the local assosciation.

Why is this such a hot button?

Again they do not want to force anyone to do anything. They just want to start a discussion about the impact on society as a whole.

Could 8 year olds dressed like hookers in a pageant on Cable TV represent a problem?

Why is this a problem for you?

You mean like having a baby?

Somehow that is not what we hear Republicans saying...

The homeowners association isn't the government. Your friend agreed to live by the association rules when he moved there. He can move somewhere else if he doesn't like them.

This isn't a hot button, I just don't understand why you would want government intruding on someone's life, "discussing" what they wear.
