And yet Dennis Kucinich is a Congressman.

And no one in the media would ever describe him as an extreme liberal.
Do you really want to start lining up the most extreme politicians from each party?

I will compare Kucinich to Bachmann anytime.

She is closer to mainstream America.
How about this guy: Paul Brown, Republican Congressman, member of the House Science Committee.

www.digitaljournal.com/article/334377

According to a gallup poll cited in the article, roughly half of America believes the earth is less than 10,000 years old. Bachmann may be closer to mainstream America, but most of that part of mainstream American is g*dd*mn retarded.

Clinging to the idea that the earth is less than 10,000 years old is idiotic. 100%.

Bachmann appeals to that demographic of idiots. Not that there aren't plenty of idiots on the left, but young earthers are a special kind of idiot.

Meh, if "YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW OLD THE EARTH IS" is your best insult, you need to work on your material.

"YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE A PHOTO ID!!!!" combats that.

It is a problem if the congressman sits on the House Science Committee.

Has he ever voted for something that doesnt fall in line with your ideas?

Now we are in fun territory.

Let Christians believe what they will. The birth of the universe seldom comes up for a floor vote.
I question his judgement. The house votes on policy that may conflict with the bible. What else is he willing to ignore in the name of faith?

And anyway, my point is that there isn't some huge crazy left in america. The crazies on the left are equally balanced by the crazies on the right. And most people fall closer to the middle. Like a bell curve.

One vote in the house isn't going to rock the country.
