If you want a clue as to how this went, see which Dems liked the outcome.  All the crazies.  When Frank Bruni ends his piece on the debate like this, then you know the Biden performance doesn't help in the grand scheme:

In the end it was a bit much.

“You probably detected my frustration,” Biden said to Raddatz and the audience in his closing remarks.

Oh yeah.

The rude, crazy old man version of Biden in the debate is the predominant, and that is not good for Dems re undecided voters.  Oh, and sitting VPs never lose debates, yet polls show Ryan won.  The Obama Campaign is in deep, deep trouble.
