Question about partial seasons spent on two teams: Can you use the full season even if they were only a teammate for half of it?  This is something that really should have been clarified earlier the thought just occurred to me.

If a player played on two teams in one year, he has two sets of teammates for that year. All of those teammates are eligible to be drafted. It doesn't matter which version of the drafted player you use.
I'll try to clarify things in a sitemail. I explained the the rules the best I could in the original listing, but I'll try using examples.

Wow after Lucas and Nash never thought Pierce would slip through, happy here as well.

Earlier today i was eluding to porter and drexler. I had a good feeling ash would want porter. Glad i didnt take Clyde with my earlier pick.

I figured that I'd manage to get at least one of Penny, Anderson, Kobe, Wade, Nash, Allen, Pierce & Lebron with that Shaq pick... just about didn't!  My SF situation is less than ideal, though.  Bastards taking Horace in round 2...

I'm referring more to say one of drafted player's teammates was traded.  I drafted player X.  Player Y was on his team for half the season and then was traded.  Do I have to use Y's partial season or can I use any version of him for that season?

good question - so if Clyde Drexler, let's say, was traded in the 94-95 season after playing 41 games with the blazers to the rockets for a final 35 games would the owner of, let's go with, um, hakeem (just as a for instance) be able to use just the 35 game slice or that and the whole season combined version or even both the first two AND the blazers portion?

Good example.

The Donyell and AK picks were a bummer, but let's face it most of us got very little of what we wanted.  Now Ash and Felon on the other hand, getting the gift of Glide...that's almost criminal.

Thanks again to Gin for starting this concept and the folks who've helped keep the draft moving along.  This was a lot of fun and it hasn't even started yet.  Digging the draft concept!
