I don't think he's complaining... I think he's offering suggestions. The high cap in your league is probably the main reason I'm not joining (And having a defensive league with two awesome defenders -D Rob and Hakeem- banned).
I actually like the cap on this league better than the other no D league. But I'm already in that, so I'll just keep an eye on this one if it's filling up down the road.
