There is only one choice:  DC.

And the only other cities that should be on that list to choose from are Boston, Dallas, Philly and San Fran.  And Atlanta should be added, as it is THE CITY from Dallas, north to Chicago, east to DC.

It is laughable that Detroit is on the list.  Hysterical.
