Question-  Not sure if it was addressed in the original Thread- are we allowed to make Trades pending the usual veto process?
Some of us building for the future that KNOW we're gonna be on the bubble to make the cut Season 1 may need to trade a long term talent guy mid-season for some short term results if it looks like we may be headed for an iceberg, lol...

You can ABSOLUTELY make trades in-season for the reasons you outline above.  BUT, trades can only involve players--draft picks CANNOT be traded during the season ('cause you might trade your pick and then get bounced...)
