If you're interested in my quick take on how things will play out>
i built a 2012 team... the offense was better, but it was mostly power, and that can be negated by the deadballers that everyone will have on the all-time side.
the all-time guys had much better SPs, but my bullpen is a LOT worse.
to really spend 120mil you had to be a little wasteful. i could have maxed out their potential for 115.
i actually think the 2 teams will be pretty close overall. but i do think there is the potential to really screw up a 100mil team, whereas the 120mil teams should be pretty bulletproof.
