I've never used them. No value for recruiting and I know how to set my lineup without them.

I set up a "Big" and a "Little" according to my recruiting weights.  Every now and then I look at how my players rank, just for kicks.

Please remove baseline prestige.  I would be ok with a baseline prestige going into effect for sim schools but once a human takes over please remove the baseline prestige.
