They are worried about the high crime rate of young blacks.

Actually it is just the opposite.

The ban on female members took away from the clubs status.

Allowing women in made it a better club. More money.

So lets say that a club feels that allowing blacks in would cost them money.

Would them trying to keep blacks out be racist?

Can you treat blacks like any other group?

Or is that racist?
