That is terrible... there are only 2 signed recruits from the previous coach. 

They have a RS JR QB at 182 overall rating.... WOW

This is probably the worst player I've ever seen! It would be hard to recruit someone and then drop them so low. I think it is a tackling dummy with Maloney on the jersey.

I had a Whittier team in Bryant during the late 50's early 60's that had an absent coach with 10 pack. All AC recruits for 9 seasons. Everyone in the league regularly put 90+ points on them. I bet the total ratings were about what H-S is.

One of the beautiful things about this game though, is the fact they could possibly make the playoffs within 3 seasons.  3 good recruiting classes and they'd be on their way.  Any team can be turned around, and fairly quickly.  Especially at DIII.

Ouch... Someone want a rebuild?!?

I think that cat derailed that team on purpose and had another ID/team going in the same world.

Orrr---something may have happened to him and he could no longer participate.  He isn't active at this time.  Just trying to stay with the spirit of the season. 

My Valpo team was dead last for three of the last eight seasons before I took them over. This one looks like the same thing; a five pack gone bad.

I thought the redshirted Sim AI QB was pretty awesome

First 2 seasons of recruiting would be great. Promises everywhere and not a problem keeping them.

This. I took over D3 Carleton in Wilkinson and its owner had abbandoned many seasons before and was on around a 100 game loss streak when I took it. All players were AC signings, the worst kind. Also it appeared as though no practice plan had ever been set as all players showed a negative rating when I signed on. Vision was awful of course. This was the worst team I had ever seen.

My 1st season I won 1 game. I was surprised to win any. 2nd I won 9 and was competitive. 3rd and 4th I won the CC and went to the PO's. Lost the 1st rounder both times but still a pleasing turn around.

My only regret was leaving Carleton after that 4th season as I believe that team could have very well competed for an NC. It is just sim now.
