Disagree.  I can't run 31 other teams.  If some idiot runs his franchise poorly, it's tough to get someone take on a less than stellar team when said moron bails out.  Then say you do find someone to take the team over but they no longer wish to re-build or lose.  Then you go through 2,3,4 owners in as many years and the team is even tougher to have someone right the ship
That's a plea for effect, and I say cause.

Regardless...that is not a problem with HBD, that is a problem with the specific league.
